"I just had a chance to talk with Rocky's breeder
the other day. His mother is still alive and is
now 11 yrs old. She is still an active and
healthy dog-- just enjoying her golden days on
the farm. His father just passed away this winter
and was 13 yrs old. Both dogs have had no
mobility issues and his breeder said that in all
her years of breeding Saint Bernards she's
never had a puppy with any hip or joint
problems. She attributes her success to good
genetics and the proper exercise of her dogs. It
was nice to know that Rocky's family has been
such good dogs for her and that we can enjoy
his company for many wonderful years to come!"
